BPAA Annual Dinner 2025

The 78th Bristol Property Agents Annual Dinner

The 78th Bristol Property Agents Annual Dinner saw over 600 property professionals come together at Ashton Gate to celebrate another year in our fantastic city, raise money for charity and hear from some brilliant speakers.

  • BPAA

Huge thanks go to Julian Harbottle for his work as President over the last year; the BPAA continues to grow from strength to strength and Jules has been a key part in shaping this! We welcome Hannah Waterhouse as our new President - only the 2nd female president in the association's history - and we look forward to seeing what can be achieved over the next 12 months!

Other changes to the committee see Nick Allen step up to Senior Vice President and Finola Ingham to Junior Vice President. Roxine Foster takes the role of Company Secretary and Rachel Lillie takes on Membership Secretary, while Guy Mansfield continues as Treasurer and Alfie Passingham has been appointed as the Sponsorship Secretary. The committee also welcomes Ed Bird, Sophie Haslum and Alex Van Den Bogerd as new members while Rob Russell, Melanie Fernandes and Charlie Kershaw step away.

Our speaker for the evening was the brilliant Nicolas Hamilton who gave some very interesting insights on overcoming barriers to succeed and who is a prime example of ‘you can do anything if you put your mind to it’.

Congratulations also go to our award winners this year;
 - Rob Russell who took home the Malcom Gunter Award for his contributions to the industry and tremendous efforts in charity fund raising
Rhys Mainwaring won our undergraduate student of the year
- Kathryn Hilsden won the post graduate student of the year award

We also have some thank yous to give; namely to our ongoing sponsors CoStar and LoopNet for their continued support for the BPAA and to Kubiak Creative Ltd for supporting the Heads & Tails competition, also to Phil Morton MRICS for hosting the heads or tails and of course to the fabulous Finola Ingham FRICS for organising such great evening.
